Are you licensed?

No. I do not do any work that requires a specialty license. To see a list of license requirements please visit your county permit office.

Do you have an hourly rate?

Yes, hourly rate is $85/hour, minimum charge of $125 to help cover expenses. I am also open to provide an estimate before any work that is required. 

Are you insured?

Yes. I have a liability insurance policy and will be happy to provide you my certificate if you like.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepting credit cards, debit, PayPal, cash or check. Payment won't be accepted until the work is complete and the client is satisfied with the exception of material costs if they exceed $250. 

What are your hours?

Weekdays from 8am to 6 pm. Emergency calls during evenings and weekends will be considered.

Are you listed with the better business bureau?

Application to the BBB has been submitted, accreditation isn't available until in business a minimum of 6 months, it is imperative that customers are reassured that we are legitimate so a BBB accreditation will be pursued.

Do you provide free estimates?

Yes. I will try to estimate virtually by asking the client to send photos and descriptions of work to be done, If needed I will come to your property to provide the estimate.
